Tak nak makan malam

hi hi..back to the topik.. actually sejak berat badan naik ni kan.. rasa nak diet alik.. dh overweight ni.. 2 malam BE x mkn nasi.. i guess BE akan cuba hr ni dan hari seterusnya.. bukannya apa..rasa risau lah klau badan ni naik mendadak.. nak exercise pun malas.. bila exercise semput lak.. jadi mkn kene jaga.. control girl i know this time you can do it.. "utk semangatkan diri ini". Menu pagi td makan sandwich, lunch td cimbell soup in mug.. ptg ni minum air SPYHRU, dia sejenis kopi susu kambing dengan Spirulina.. bila dibancuh agak nmpk pelik skit sbb dia warna hijau.. sejak BE minum ni BE kurang rs letih..bertenaga..

Lg sejam lebih nak alik ni rasa makin malas lak nak wat keje.. rs nak tdo je..leh tak.. ok nnt sambung lg.. ada bende nak tunjuk gmbr best nnt.. tata
